I've been traveling to Medellin frequently for the past 5 years. In terms of value for the price, the Somos Flats Laureles offers by far the best in town. The location in the heart of Laureles is superb, they offer very quiet rooms located in the back of the building (which is very unique for this location), the staff is extremely friendly and helped me with every request (I'd especially like to shout-out Karina here, which offered a superb customer service) and the room size as well as the comfortable king size bed made for an extremely comfortable stay for the price. For people who want great value for little money, I'd highly recommend this place. I'll be back for sure!

The staff has been extremely helpful and welcoming. All of them are very nice people. The flat is great, with a cosy interior design and it has anything you need for a long term stay or if you need to work remotely. The bed is the best part of the room: it's super comfortable! Bathroom has towels, small hairdryer and soaps. I found the flat very clean. Regarding the location, I really liked Laureles because it's touristic but still authentic compared to other parts of the city.

Great location in Laureles - felt safe in the area. The apartment we had was spacious and comfortable. The complimentary coffee and water was appreciated. The staff were super friendly.

Great place!! I sent some questions via booking.com and got replies quickly, and from there everything was smooth. Adriana, the woman at the front desk has a permanent smile on her face and makes you feel welcome immediately. The rooms are clean and modern, and the way the building is arranged with a common outside area on every floor, it gives off such a relaxed energy that it made it perfect to come back to. Safe and beautiful neighborhood, you can walk to what you need and there is a track across the street for morning runs. It's my new residence when I visit Medellin

I feel like this is one of Medellin's best kept secrets. For the price, the level of comfort, privacy and attention to detail of the flats is unmatched. More than probably one of the best stays I've ever experienced. The staff was helpful and attentive. Flats very clean and comfortable. The bed was a dream to sleep on. Even though the building is close to a college and bars, there is absolutely no noise, which makes resting and relaxing great at night. I could keep going...

Loved the location. Loved the chilly air conditioning that was such a welcome relief on warm days. The king sized bed and fluffy pillows were very comfortable. Dark window shades and a relatively quiet area allowed us to sleep in and really recharge each day.

Nice apartment close to the 70, approximately 10 minutes to Estadio metro station. We stayed in room 204, top floor, plenty of space with included kitchen and everything you need.

The location was great, walking distance to many restaurants and safe. The room was very spacious and the air conditioning worked well. The staff was very kind.

The apartements are big and have enough space! Shower was good, but since there is only a small glass in front, water will rinse out. It was very clean and the people at the receptiob were really friendly.
